FAQ
1: Login or Sign Up to your account.
2: Go to 'Personal' in the Fitness Menu dropdown.
3: The Semi-Privates/Classes are shown for each day in the day's column. Click on the class you wish to sign up for and select 'Add to Booking'.
To sign up for Privates: Click on the 'Private' button and the top of each day to see the available privates. Click on the private you want and it will add it to your booking.
When you add Classes or Privates to your booking you will see a panel pop up on the top right that says 'Booking'. Click on this to finish your booking.
5: Complete Booking
If you have points: at the bottom you will see 'book with points'. Click on this to book with your points.
If you do not have points, or do not have enough points: at the bottom you will see 'Complete Booking & Pay Remainder'. Select this to complete your booking and pay the remainder. If you would like to buy a package and save just select 'Buy Packages' at the top.
** Depending on your screen size you may have to scroll just a bit.
6: Once booked you will find your schedule on your profile. This is where you can view your bookings and cancel it if needed.
1: When you Sign Up you will be directed toward an upgrade screen. Select your plan (Monthly or Yearly) and fill out Payment Details.
2: When you are on a class screen, your access will be blocked until you have a membership.
1: Login to your account and go to your profile. (Click the profile image at the top right of the screen)
2: Go to Manage Membership. This will redirect you to a secure processing page where you can cancel you membership from there.
** Please note that you will lose all progress and information when you do this. You will also immediately discontinue access to the app.
